- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We travelled by coliseum coaches to bruges .one driver was borrowed from shearings .they doodled on getting across and when we eventually got to bruges we had less than 90 minutes to sight see .my wife is disabled and so we barely left the coach .we complained twice to luckets and twice to mark at coliseum who basically said tuff we ve got your money we are not sorry you did not enjoy your day .we did this trip before with luckets using thier coach and their drivers and that was a great trip .so beware .if coliseum is used forget it .an expensive day just to sit on a coach all day even though luckets own coliseum ...the borrowed shearings driver was also un helpful and did not at ant time keep in contact with passengers .all we wanted was an apology which was too much for mark at coliseum coaches .we were not the only ones who were clearly upset ......if this is how local coach companys treat customers its no wonder why so many have gone under or taken overBy traveller, June 27, 2020
